Sidharth Shakdher is a seasoned business leader with a diverse background in Consumer Tech, eCommerce, and Consumer Packaged Goods. He has a wealth of experience in scaling businesses through digital and hybrid business models, brand building, growth marketing, and P&L leadership. He has studied Mechanical Engineering at Pune University, and attained his MBA in Marketing & Strategy from both Cornell University - S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management and IE Business School.

Sidharth has held various leadership positions, including EVP & CMO, EVP & Business Head, and SVP & Chief Marketing Operator at Hotstar. He has also served as the Head of Marketing at Amazon, Category Marketing Head at Reckitt Benckiser, and Senior Marketing Manager - India & South Asia at Xerox Corporation, among other roles.
