His passion for building businesses led him to serve as an operating executive for Sterling Partners on two separate occasions. He has also led strategy and M&A efforts at Heidrick & Struggles and served as COO at HBR Consulting. Currently, Trent is the global head of strategy, M&A, innovation, and enterprise risk management at Adtalem Global Education.
