John F. Fisher is the Global Head of Industry and Segment Marketing at SAP Customer Experience, where he leads a team of marketing directors in creating thought leadership and marketing campaigns to help businesses make informed decisions in their digital transformation journey. With over 25 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and CRM, Fisher is passionate about creating excellent customer experiences and helping organizations evolve with the right tools and solutions. Before joining SAP Customer Experience, Fisher held executive positions at Aramark, Mars, and Radial Inc. He co-founded Quaker Coffee and also held leadership roles at Excite.com and Prodigy, some of the first consumer online services companies. Fisher holds an MBA in Marketing from Columbia Business School and a BS in Finance from Penn State University.
