Ravi Peru is an accomplished and experienced executive IT leader with a strong background in aligning IT initiatives with business objectives. After obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Calicut, Peru continued his education by earning a Master's degree in Computer Application from Pondicherry University. Eventually, he also completed an Executive MBA in Management of Business Administration at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

Peru has held senior-level positions across several different organizations, including Vice President IT of Corporate Systems and IT Governance, Vice President IT of Corporate Systems and Global IT, and Director IT of Tax and Healthcare Platforms at H&R Block. Throughout his career, Peru has demonstrated expertise in digital strategy, retail business, architecture re-engineering, and managing complex projects with large and distributed teams. He's also an adept change manager and has experience in organizational restructuring, DevOps IT process reengineering, and Global IT organization.
