Gregg Freishtat is a seasoned technology executive with over 30 years of experience leading innovative and transformative companies. He has founded five venture-backed start-ups, with four successful exits, and currently serves as Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer of Solar Inventions. Throughout his career, Freishtat has played a significant role in developing disruptive technologies in convergence of telecom/internet, personal finance/online banking, web-based analytics, digital media/online marketing, and now solar energy. He also has extensive experience in M&A, capital strategy, and board governance.

Freishtat is a highly active private equity investor, inventor on 18 patents, and has served on many Boards of Directors such as Greensky, Proficient Systems, VerticalOne, Relevant Knowledge, OutWeb, S1, Saleswise, and many others. In addition, he has held leadership positions in various companies including SalesWise, Outbrain, The Grape, Intent MediaWorks Inc., and Telet Communications.

Freishtat received an undergraduate degree from Boston University and his J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law. He is widely recognized for his strategic direction and execution, growth and/or exit of technology businesses, and is currently Co-Founder & Partner at Greenprint Capital, LLC.
