Gonzalo Fanjul is a prominent activist and researcher with extensive experience in poverty and development issues. He holds a Master's in Public Administration, Development Economics and International Development from the prestigious Harvard Kennedy School of Government. Fanjul is the co-founder of porCausa Foundation, an organization devoted to investigative and data journalism on poverty. He has held various positions such as former Policy Director at Barcelona Institute for Global Health (ISGlobal) and Research Associate at Overseas Development Institute. Fanjul is also a published author and a former senior strategic advisor at Oxfam.
Throughout his career, Gonzalo Fanjul has become a recognized specialist in global health, migration, child poverty, food security, ODA, trade, agriculture, communication, and international NGOs. He is a proud member of the Ashoka social innovation fellowship since November 2018. Fanjul has used his extensive knowledge to collaborate with various organizations in policy research and advocacy, activism and campaign strategy.
