Bricolage is a seed fund and startup accelerator operating at Digital October Center, specializing in investments of $20K-$70K in Internet and IT startups aiming at global markets. Among spaces of investment opportunities interest are eCommerce, mobile apps (iPhone, iPad, Android), SaaS/Cloud, Social services, IT and development tools.Basically I was engaged in investment opportunities/markets identification and analysis, performing due diligence, deal structuring and post investment value-add. In general was constantly seeking out companies that had the aspiration of becoming unique and dominant in their product market. Also took active part in Bricolage fund closing activities.

Softline is a major international company specializing in software licensing and providing a full range of IT services relating to training, consulting, technical and legal support, and IT outsourcing.As a part of Aflex Distribution team, the company entering the Softline holding, I was responsible for introducing the brand of Bitdefender antivirus software to the Russian market and the strategic/operational activities to move forward Bitdefender’s online, corporate and retail sales, marketing, and customer care in Russia and develop partner channel including distributors, resellers and integrators.

Cadezy – an IT startup developing CAD-software that is web-analogue of AutoCAD, the most popular software for computer-aided design.My responsibilities included market positioning of the project, defining target customers and basic competitive differentiators, lead generation, search for venture capital investments and overall management of the project. Among several Russia-based startups Cadezy participated and was presented to venture capitalists at Silicon Valley Open Doors 2009 (Dec9-10) Conference.

My responsibilities included proactively recognizing good investment opportunities with focus on the Internet and software companies in expansion stage with annual revenue above $2M; identification of attractive industry sectors and specific companies for investment by proactively reaching out to entrepreneurs and CEOs; market researches and evaluation of potential investment opportunities.In 2008 was responsible for leading and closing the investment deal with StarWind Software – a company specializing in storage virtualization; conducted Due Diligence that included financial analysis, product and market analyses, budgeting and forecasting for P&L as well as basic company's KPIs, restructuring of the company and preparation of investment memorandum.
