Federico Pacilli is a seasoned entrepreneur who has a passion for coding and the internet. He holds a bachelor's degree in Banking and Financial Markets from the University of Rome "La Sapienza." After completing his studies, Federico delved deeply into entrepreneurship, developing and designing various businesses, and managing teams with a range of skills. His love for technology led him to establish BaasBox, a venture capital-backed company that specializes in software for mobile applications, in 2012. The firm was the first Italian startup to reach the final selection for YCombinator Winter 2015 class. Federico sold BaasBox to Liquid Business Group Holding in 2018.

He discovered his passion for blockchain technology and artificial intelligence in early 2018 and together with Gianluca Massini Rosati, he co-founded the Xriba project. Xriba is an artificial intelligence that automates bookkeeping processes and provides a protocol for recording a company's data in the blockchain. When he is not engaged in building successful businesses, he can be found playing futsal, riding his mountain bike, or exploring the world. Federico claims to have once dribbled Francesco Totti and can prove it!
