Ellie Pohl is a seasoned event expert and digital experience transformer with a passion for exceptional customer experiences. Her expertise in connecting the physical and digital worlds has helped her deliver game-changing events in the tech industry, from SaaS sponsorships to virtual event series, partner channel trainings, and community events. Ellie's experience in marketing and content creation has enabled her to masterfully share success stories, best practices, and thought leadership strategies that empower the CX community. She studied Communication Design at Parsons School of Design, where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA).

Ellie is currently the Global Events and Community Director at Glassbox Digital; previously, she held the role of Global Events and Community Manager at the same company. Before joining Glassbox Digital, Ellie served as Associate Manager, Event Marketing at Datadog, where she honed her skills in the field of data-driven lean generation. Prior to that, she was the Event Production & Studio Manager at Joel Fitzpatrick & Co. Ellie also worked as a Program Director, Conference Manager for the Global Healthcare Division at GHP Network and the Life Sciences Division at IQPC. Earlier in her career, she served as Operations & Event Coordinator at iEvents.com and Art Department, Event Coordinator at The Lions NY. Ellie was also Graphic Designer, Event Coordinator at The Coalition for Healthy School Food.
