Frank Bergdoll is a seasoned educator and technology expert with almost two decades of experience in post-graduate teaching. He is a multidisciplinary professional, who combines his passion for learning, technology, and analytics to develop real-world skill sets for his students. Frank has been an inspirational leader, who has built successful teams and individuals through well-crafted interventions. Along with his professional experience, Frank has pursued academic excellence, earning a master's degree in learning and technology, from the prestigious Royal Roads University.

Frank is an expert in data-driven metrics, and his specific area of interest is in building learner self-efficacy using such metrics to create dashboards for stakeholders to track their learning goals. He presently researches and develops solutions in this area.

Apart from teaching, Frank is also passionate about creating content on technology and learning, maintaining a YouTube channel, 'Learning and Technology with Frank.' He has also been a Program Specialist, Lead Instructor, and Consultant in technology infrastructure management and business intelligence at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT). In the past, he has also worked as Assistant Manager in Canadian Pacific Hotels and Fairmont Hotels.
