He started his career as a salesperson at Charles Wolf and Sons and ultimately became the Director of Sales and Marketing for the jewelry division, Merit Diamond Corporation. In 1992, he founded Synergy Diamond International, where he revolutionized the industry by grading small, flawless diamonds. He later established Oxygen Design LLC in 1999, bringing the concept of commercial platinum to the mass market.

With his passion for creating high-quality, design-focused jewelry accessible to a wide range of consumers, Kenneth pioneered many groundbreaking concepts, including Pure Love®, Silver Romance™, Royal Platinum™, reflections of love®, Tru-Tension®, and InLove®. His brands have been featured in thousands of retail outlets throughout the USA, with his collections promoted on HSN and ShopNBC.

Kenneth David LLC was formed in 2008, catering to major accounts such as Sears Holdings, Helzberg Diamonds, and Chow Tai Fook in the PRC. Kenneth's unique contributions to the industry have earned him recognition as a thought leader and innovator.
