Crystal D Sheffield

Crystal D Sheffield is a finance and human resources leader with a diverse background in corporate headquarters, multi-shift manufacturing & distribution facilities, educational institutions, and call center operations. She holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus in finance from the University of Maine and an MBA from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. With specialties in financial analysis & planning, strategic resource planning, employee relations, employee/management training, grants management, budgeting and forecasting, comp & benefits administration, organizational design, performance management, and endowment administration, Crystal has held significant roles in various organizations. She served as the Associate Dean for Finance & Administration at Duke University and previously held CFO and Director of Finance and Administration positions at Case Western Reserve University, School of Law. Additionally, Crystal gained HR expertise with roles as an HR Generalist at Corporate Express, Capital One, and General Electric. In her early career, she served as a Financial Analyst at General Electric and a Research Assistant at the University of Maine.
