Lotte Leushuis is a professional with a rich background in the public sector, specifically in the fields of healthcare, education, and government operations.

With over 30 years of experience, Lotte has been a key figure at Maandag®, a renowned detachment agency in the public sector, where she has held various leadership roles.

Lotte's educational journey includes studying Atheneum at GGC, completing the High Potential Program at Maandag Academy, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in health from Hanzehogeschool Groningen, and additional studies at De dorpsschool.

Throughout her career, Lotte has showcased her expertise in sales, management, consultancy, and account management, with roles such as Sales Director of business operations, Vestigingsdirecteur Zorg en Welzijn, Business Unit Manager, and Account Manager Zorg at Maandag®.

Prior to her time at Maandag®, Lotte gained valuable experience as a Manager Consultancy at H4 Groep, a Consultant at Ciran, an Account Manager Zorg at EIFFEL, and a Rayon Manager at Mundipharma. She also worked as a Fysiotherapeut at Groepspraktijk voor fysiotherapie Deventer.
