Caroline Casson, partner at Vitalize Venture Capital and advocate for the future of work and learning, is making waves in the venture capital world. With a diverse educational background in applied psychology, mathematics, and computer science, as well as a master's degree in management from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business, Caroline brings a unique perspective to her work. Her interest in sustainability led her to study abroad, where she sailed from Tahiti to Hawaii on a 125-foot schooner and learned about sustainability in the Polynesian Islands.

Before joining Vitalize Venture Capital, Caroline worked as a Principal at IrishAngels and as a New Business Creation specialist at GE Ventures. She also completed GE Transportation's Financial Management Program. In her free time, Caroline can be found on the golf course or cycling, and she loves to travel and take on new adventures with her husband and dog.
