Shiv Choudhury is a highly experienced and accomplished professional in the consumer products and services industry in Asia. He has worked with several blue-chip companies, including P&G Asia Pacific, Kraft/Cadbury, Amul, Parle, Orbit, amongst others. With a strong background in sales and marketing, he is passionate about consumer tech and digital transformation of consumer-facing companies. Shiv has built several consumer tech businesses across markets, specializing in retailing, loyalty, and distribution.

Shiv has extensive experience in P&L management, brand building, new product development, strategy development, and business communication. He has worked on new business entry for developing markets and has experience in setting up organizations, management consulting, M&A, change management, recruitment & training, amongst others. Shiv has worked in India, Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines, giving him a unique understanding of the region.

Shiv completed his studies at La Martiniere, Calcutta, RV College Of Engineering, and Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. He is currently a Partner and Managing Director at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and was previously the Co-Founder and Director at Growsari. Shiv's professional career also includes roles such as the Head of mid-tier hair care brands P&G Asia and Australia at Procter & Gamble, Regional Brand Manager, Super-premium beauty-care, A-PAC developed markets at Procter & Gamble, and Co-founder at Campus Express, Bangalore, amongst others.
