Robert LaCosse is a multidisciplinary professional with a diverse set of skills and a passion for human behavior, development, and interaction. With a B.S. in Industrial Design from The Art Institute of Portland and extensive experience in user-centered design, LaCosse has excelled in numerous leadership roles, including Lead User Experience Designer at Intel Corporation, UX Strategist + Engagement Manager at OMSI, and Partner + Creative Director at Two Bird Enterprises. LaCosse is also an avid tabletop game developer and graphic designer for screen press operations.

LaCosse's innovative and collaborative approach to product development has enabled him to collect accurate observational data, build credibility with user groups, and influence the strategic direction of projects. He has a deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and excels in presenting defensible reasoning for design decisions and team directions. LaCosse has studied Decision Quality at Stanford University and holds a B.A. in English Education and Human Relations from the University of Iowa.
