Responsibilities: Provide support to Shell major projects across upstream and downstream businesses. Prepare conceptual cost estimates, and conduct project cost risk assessment involving technical, commercial, economical, organizational and political factors.

Title: Engineering Consultant – Corrosion (Bengaluru Area, India)
Time period: December 2010 – June 2011
Responsibilities: Engaged with Shell group of operating companies in Asia-pacific region enabling them to achieve top quartile asset reliability and availability.

Title: Plant Engineer - Corrosion and integrity (Convent Refinery, Louisiana, US)
Time period: August 2008 – November 2010
Responsibilities: Motiva is a Shell and Saudi Aramco joint venture. Here, I worked as lead corrosion engineer providing support to operations, maintenance and projects to improve site safety, reliability and margins. Additionally, I was a member on the Diversity and Inclusiveness Council of the refinery.

Title: Associate engineer (India, Malaysia, and Netherlands)
Time period: August 2007 – July 2008
Responsibilities: Organized Shell’s knowledge base on corrosion and provided technical services to clients.
