With a background in Front-End Engineering, Computer Engineering, Film Studies, and Religion & Creative Writing, Shay brings a unique perspective to his design approach.

Having worked at prominent organizations like IBM and Vishay Precision Group, Inc., Shay has honed his skills in user research, design thinking, and project management, leading to the successful delivery of impactful design solutions.

His passion for design innovation and clear communication has enabled him to socialize visions for product enhancements and lead teams towards achieving targeted objectives.

Shay's educational background includes studies at The Iron Yard, Duke University for Master of Divinity, and the University of North Carolina at Wilmington for Bachelor of Arts with a minor in Film Studies and Religion & Creative Writing.

Throughout his career, Shay has held various roles such as Design Manager, UX Designer & Design Lead, Front End Developer/UX Engineer, Web Developer, Test Creation Specialist, and Founding Pastor, Senior Pastor & Youth Pastor.
