Tomasz Nieradko

Tomasz Nieradko is an experienced IT executive and advisor with a strong track record of managing complex large-scale projects and implementing various digital business solutions. Over 17 years of work experience, mainly in manufacturing industries, he has helped companies leverage IT to achieve their business objectives and develop leaders in the process. His expertise includes post-merger integrations, shared service center reorganization, IT tendering and contract negotiations, and outsourcing.

Tomasz has extensive experience in multicultural, international organizations and a background in computer engineering, electronics, and leadership psychology. He has held various executive roles, including Vice President of the Board, CFO at PGE Systemy S.A., and served as Interim CIO at DTP S.A. and Paged S.A. Currently, he works as a Project Manager at PQE Group and offers consultancy services through his own firm, Nieradko Consulting.

As a guest lecturer at the Police Academy in Szczytno, Tomasz enthusiastically shares his knowledge about IT management, organizational change, and SAP implementations. He has a talent for developing engaged teams and leaders and prides himself on getting things done.
