Tina Tuan is an accomplished engineer, design thinker, and educator who currently serves as the Senior Director of Customer Innovation at SAP. She holds a Master's degree in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, where she graduated with honors.

Tina has vast experience in product development and design management, having previously held numerous leadership positions at SAP, including as the Director of Program Management at the SAP Design and Co-Innovation Center, Senior Business Development Manager for SAP HANA, and Senior Product Manager for SAP Cloud. She was also the Co-founder and Managing Director of Design Thinking Foundry, a company that evangelizes the power of design thinking amongst Asian enterprises and nonprofits.

In addition to her professional career, Tina is an avid volunteer and has over two decades of experience in spearheading nonprofit initiatives. Notably, she started a community school that serves 300 students and led international relief work for the Compassion Relief Tzu Chi Foundation.
