Kim Kotecki is a professional speaker, author, and artist who is passionate about helping individuals and organizations reduce stress and have more fun. With over 15 years of experience, she has worked with more than 500 organizations, implementing real-world strategies to foster a more innovative and positive work environment. Kim is also the co-founder of Escape Adulthood, a company dedicated to helping people use strategies from childhood and increase awareness while providing diagnosis and treatment for Adultitis, the sinister epidemic that makes the Black Death look like a trip to Disneyland. Before starting her career in speaking and writing, Kim was a kindergarten teacher at Yahara Elementary School. She studied Early Childhood Education at Northern Illinois University and earned an Associate of Arts degree from Illinois Valley Community College. Kim is also an expert in lifestyle design, stress management, life balance, and professional development.
