Supported Global Repair and Procurement groups.  Led Financial Planning group.  Integrated consistent financial processes for all repair sites.  Created a site view reporting structure to provide better results analysis and improve planning and forecasting processes.  Validated cost reductions for the repair organization.  Finance lead for the outsourcing initiative of the repair business.  Coordinated the plan and forecast process for the supply chain organization.  Led reviews with each site to manage cost goals.  Calculated excess and obsolescence reserves and worked with inventory teams on mitigation actions.  Presented reserve needs to finance management.

Supply Chain Controller

Participated in core team to redesign customer order process to create a system generated customer pricing database while improving efficiency that included a redesign of the P&L template used for each deal.  Managed budgets, forecasting and reporting across the systems integration business.

Compiled monthly sector financial data to report to corporate and senior management.  Maintained P&L structure.  Coordinated Hyperion P&L data loads for plan and forecast.  Calculated and analyzed balance sheet metrics.  Participated in development of an automated headcount tracking system to improve data integrity.

Managed daily processes and productivity metrics for 12 direct reports.  Consolidated seven existing payables systems into one, and created standard policies & procedures.  Developed overpayment recovery process, and recovered $12M in a 6 month period.
