Philip Voss

Philip Voss is an experienced Associate General Counsel at United Talent Agency with a strong background in implementing corporate strategic initiatives in various departments including acquisitions, venture capital investments, and client partnerships.

Previously, he served as a corporate associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, providing counsel to entertainment clients on a wide range of transactions.

His experience includes advising notable clients such as the Walt Disney Company, A&E Networks, Bob Iger, RatPac Entertainment, and UTA on significant deals.

Before Skadden, Phil worked at Debevoise and Plimpton in New York City, focusing on mergers and acquisitions for private equity clients and their portfolio companies.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Colgate University and a J.D. with Cum Laude honors from Rutgers Law School.

Philip Voss is admitted to practice in New York and California and is actively involved as a Council Member of the Sierra Club Arts & Entertainment Council.
