Brian Duke is a highly accomplished healthcare professional with decades of experience in the field. He is currently the System Director of Senior Services at Main Line Health, where he strives to ensure that senior citizens in the Philadelphia area have access to the resources they need and receive coordinated care across the continuum. Before joining Main Line Health, Duke served as the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Aging for four years. During his tenure, he oversaw the provision of services to over one million Pennsylvanians and decreased the state waitlist for home and community-based services by 94%. Duke is passionate about supporting family caregivers, promoting aging well, and building effective community partnerships.

Prior to his work with the Pennsylvania Department of Aging, Duke served as the Director of the Bucks County Area Agency on Aging and as the Executive Director of the New Jersey Foundation for Aging. He has also worked as a consultant with the U.S. Administration on Aging and the AARP Foundation in the development of statewide caregiving coalitions. Duke has authored a guidebook on caregiver coalitions and is an Associate Fellow of the Institute on Aging at the University of Pennsylvania.

Duke holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Scranton, a Master's in Health Administration from George Washington University, and a Master of Bioethics from the University of Pennsylvania. He has worked in health administration for seventeen years, including ten years in physical medicine and rehabilitation services.
