Preston is a former Senior Consultant in government and public services at Deloitte Consulting. He is well-rounded with experience as a Deloitte Greenhouse Innovation Lab Fellow, a research intern at Center for Responsible Lending, committee president at AIESEC in the United States, and a policy intern at Environment North Carolina.

As a fellow at the Deloitte Greenhouse, Preston employs innovation theory, data analytics, design thinking, social psychology, and behavioral economics to design and facilitate custom workshop experiences for C-Suite executives and senior government officials across different sectors. He is also a member of the leadership team that partnered with Chab Dai International and Hagar International for a project to combat human trafficking in Cambodia. Preston selected an elite group of fellows, organized and led workshops, and developed work products to aid the organization's growth strategy.
