Rasto Janota is an experienced international senior executive with more than 20 years of experience in various industries. He is focused on cyber security, information security, and operational management of service providers, mobile operators, and internet service providers. Janota has extensive knowledge of technical management, network and service design and operations, sales, HR management, and product development. He has expertise in managing large implementation projects and overseeing the day-to-day operations of different IT, telecom-type, and service type companies. Janota is confident and highly proactive with proven leadership, organizational, and commercial skills.

Janota holds a Master of Science degree from Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave. He has held several leadership positions throughout his career, including Director of National Cyber Security Centre (SK-CERT) at National Security Authority, Member of Management Board at European Union Agency for Network and Information Security (ENISA), and Chairman of CyberSecurity Committee at Security Council of Slovak Republic. He was also the CEO of National Agency for Network and Electronic Services (NASES), Tawasul Telecom, Allexis and CNX, and Director of International Projects at Slovak Telekom. Some of his specialties include security design and operation, infrastructure architecture, design and operation, data centers architecture, solutions design – WAN, LAN, IT, applications, system integration, network planning, and IT security concepts.
