Compliance Responsibilities: ensure all audits and inspections were passed, conduct oversight of all move-ins, move-outs, initial certifications, and recertifications, and timely completion of all regular reports. Fiscal Responsibilities: creating and monitoring annual property budget, rent and security deposit collection, and accounts payable. Tenant Relations: Respond to all resident grievances in an appropriate and timely fashion, work with Resident Services on housing retention issues, oversight of eviction proceedings including but not limited to drafting legal documents for attorney review and working with attorneys to reach settlement agreements. Supervisor Responsibilities: Recruit, interview, and hire job vacancies of directly supervised positions, train and supervise employees with emphasis on accountability, compliance, and safe work practices.
