Eileen Evans

Eileen Evans is a highly accomplished legal professional with a strong educational background in Political Science and Law.

She studied BA in Political Science at the prestigious University of California, Berkeley, and later pursued a JD at the University of California, Davis - School of Law.

With extensive experience in the technology and legal sectors, Eileen currently holds the position of Senior Vice President & Chief Legal Officer at Redaptive, Inc.

Her previous roles include serving as an Independent Director on the Board of Directors at Torpago and The Linux Foundation.

Eileen has also held senior legal positions at renowned companies such as Micro Focus and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where she served as Vice President & Chief Legal Counsel for Cloud and Software.

Her expertise extends to intellectual property, cloud computing, and open source, having held various legal counsel positions focusing on these areas at HP and Sun Microsystems.

Eileen began her legal career as an Associate in the Technology Transactions Group at Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich, which is now known as DLA Piper.
