Sri Krishnamachari

Sri Krishnamachari is a well-recognized professional with extensive experience in the field of data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. He is currently working as a Senior Director of Data Science at R/GA, where his primary focus is on leading data science initiatives and providing strategic advisory in areas such as predictive modelling, natural language processing, and computer vision.

Sri has a strong academic background with a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Chicago and an undergraduate degree from Indian Institute of Technology - Madras. He has also held several prestigious positions in academia, including the postdoctoral position at Columbia University and research associate at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory.

Throughout his career, Sri has worked with several leading companies such as Motorola Mobility, IBM Research, and Razorfish, where he has led various data science and machine learning initiatives. Some of his notable achievements include developing predictive modelling tools for mammogram analysis and creating an automated feature extraction model for website classification.
