Cara Recker is a highly educated professional with a diverse background in Marketing, Consumer Analytics, Brand Strategy, and Market Research. Recker attended Dublin Jerome High School in Ohio before obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Marketing and a minor in Entrepreneurship from Bowling Green State University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2016. She continued her professional development through The Intern Group, studying Photography, Marketing, Graphic Design, and Design at The Young Professionals' Academy - Dublin City Schools.

After graduation, she began her career at Ipsos, where she worked in various positions, including Senior Account Manager, Account Manager, Senior Research Analyst, and Market Research Analyst. Her other notable positions include Event Marketing Intern at Downtown Perrysburg Inc. (DPI), Brand Ambassador and Marketing Intern at 5-hour ENERGY®, Marketing Research Manager at College Student Insights, International Marketing Intern at Vinco Events, Digital Marketing Manager at Legacy Paper Arts, Teaching Assistant at Bowling Green State University, Assistant Store Manager at Legacy Paper Arts. She also interned at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company as a Business Intern and worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer at Klatte Photography.
