- Key member of a small design team. Predominantly focused on significant renovations in sensitive heritage areas.	Produce 3D visuals using Sketch Up and Photoshop for client presentations.  	Produce Documents for Town Planning, Tendering, and Construction to a high technical standard in Auto CAD. 	Liaising directly with Clients, Engineers, Land surveyors and Quantity surveyors. 	Contract administration from Mobilisation through to Practical Completion- preparing site instructions, processing variations, provisional sum & prime cost allowances, assess and issue progress certificates. Projects included the Winner of: Heritage re-development Port Phillip Design Awards, & M.B.A. Excellence in Housing Award for Renovation/Addition $500,000 - $1M 	Develop office protocols & Coach new team members.

- Coaching and development of 12 direct reports. 	Resolving escalated calls & complaints, 	Conduct team and project meetings, 	Demonstrated strong technical & process knowledge, Driving communication and process streamlining across the call centre.	Led negotiations with key stake holders, actively building relationships, & managing customer expectations. 	Manage  logistical operations for extremely large orders. Make the impossible happen for Key account holders.
