Charzetta James is an accomplished healthcare leader with a wealth of experience in leading health systems through mergers, acquisitions, and change. Her success in directing health system teams to achieve outstanding results is backed up by a global understanding of service line department operations. James is a servant leader, who always goes above and beyond when it comes to service delivery, and is also Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified.

James holds several qualifications, including a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of North Florida. She also holds a Certification in Pharmacy Regulatory Specialist from the State of Florida.
