Tina Robinson is a leadership coach, facilitator, and culture curator with a passion for empowering humans to achieve their full potential. With an MBA from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a BA in English from the University of Virginia, she has dedicated her career to solving human-at-work challenges. Her expertise lies in learning design and development, executive coaching, HR strategy, and program stewardship. Robinson is the Global Head of Leadership Development, Leadership Coach, and Facilitator at TechStyle Fashion Group, and she is the founder of WorkJoy, where she served as coach, facilitator, and consultant. She has also been an Adjunct Professor of Business at California State University, Long Beach, and Loyola Marymount University's College of Business Administration. Robinson's career has involved regional and national leadership roles at MedAssets, Inc. and Maxum Petroleum, and most recently, she led the Global Operations of HR Technology Consulting at SAP SuccessFactors. Robinson believes that everybody deserves to love what they do and that the time to unleash human potential is now.
