Pete Young

Pete Young has made a name for himself in the event industry with over a decade of experience under his belt. Rising from an Intern at Get Motivated Seminars, Inc. to the Vice President of Event Operations, Young is well-versed in all aspects of producing corporate events. He has produced and managed some of the largest business seminars in the world in renowned venues such as the STAPLES Center, American Airlines Arena, and the Georgia Dome. As the leader of the Operations Department, he has overseen venue booking, contract negotiation, pre-event logistics, audio/video production, event staffing, freight, travel logistics, department budgets, and venue management among other responsibilities. Year after year, Pete has cut costs and increased efficiency by developing an agile and skilled team that can produce high-quality and cost-effective events of any size and in any location. Thanks to his leadership, this team consistently receives accolades from venues nationwide.

Young studied Sport Management at Flagler College, and today he is the Director of Event Production at Dave Ramsey - Lampo Group. His passion for delivering top-notch events shines through in all his roles, including his former positions as Director of Operations, Event Manager, and Operations Coordinator at Get Motivated Seminars, Inc.
