I provide property management and risk hazard assessments and reports to validate and identify conditions where a loss might occur, and that the properties meet the standards and expectations of the business.

My day to day consists of organizing and planning trips to properties, covering the entire state of California. In a typical year, I am responsible for overseeing anywhere between 1200-1600 properties. By planning my own schedule and days, I've mastered time management, while being able to meet strict deadlines.

A typical inspection requires an evaluation and photos of the property, photos of the specific risk or hazard, measurements, and a detailed written report.

This job requires me to speak with many owners, managers, and employees who work on site properties, which has helped me expand my ability to work and communicate with others in a business environment. By using appropriate language, as well as setting up meetings, the personal experience with clients will carry over well in my next job venture.

The job is very detailed oriented and requires problem solving ability.

I was also one of two employees who worked on shop drawings for the new jobs we landed. Submittals are a critical item to performing work and completing the project.
