With specialties including leading large complex global operational environments, multi-site contact center operations, business continuity and disaster recovery, high availability infrastructure, and contact center technologies, Criscone has held several key executive positions throughout his career. As Vice President, Contractor Management & Administration at HomeServe USA, he is responsible for vendor management and strategic sourcing. Previously, he served as Group Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Operations at Affinion Group, worked as Director/Sr. Director of Global Telecommunications at Affinion Group, and held senior management roles at Avon Products, Ascom Timeplex, Andersen Consulting, and US Army.
