Geraud Manhes, an experienced corporate coverage associate, has an extensive background in finance, specifically in acquisition financing and real-estate transactions. He has worked with a variety of industries throughout his career, managing restructurings and negotiations in the EMEA while covering all types of financing, sectors, and countries. Manhes is known for being a part of the team who originated BNP Paribas' direct investments in various forms like minority equity stakes, PIK notes, mezzanine debt, and unitranche. His goal is to utilize his in-depth knowledge of credit and distressed markets to excel in asset management.

Manhes pursued his Baccalaureat in Science at Stanislas, and later completed his Master's in Management and Finance from EDHEC Business School.

Throughout his career, he has held several notable roles including Investment Director - Principal Investments, Financial Restructuring, Associate Coverage France, and Credit Analyst at BNP Paribas, as well as working as a Credit Analyst for the LBO portfolio at IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG.
