De nadruk hierbij lag op het verder uitbouwen, structuren en professionaliseren van de externe educatie activiteiten:- Doorontwikkeling en uitbreiding van het MegaGen Educatie programma, de MegaGen Academy en het  - Universiteit programma, vanuit Nationaal en internationaal oogpunt- Implementatie en integratie van interne bedrijfsprocessen van GMH en MDR- Structurering en implementatie van intern trainingsprogramma- Uitbouw en versteviging samenwerking met academische partners- Blueprint voor verdere uitbouw en samenwerking met MINEC (MegaGen International Network of Education & Clinical Research) nationaal en internationaal- Samenwerking en met externe belangengroeperingenDoor de Corona crisis zijn een aantal doelen van dit project geherformuleerd en uitgesteld.

As BD Manager primary responsible for introduction and expansion of Cerezen (Custom-made medical devices for TMD treatment) into new Regions in Europe (BLX, DACH, IBERIA, ITALY, Nordics). Identifying the pioneer high volume TMD practices with required expertise and interest.  Building infrastructure and support to develop these practices into successful high value accounts.  Manage and grow these markets to achieve revenue targets set. Key responsibilities: •	Target audience for Cerezen: TMD specialists: Dentists, MaxilloFacial Surgeons & orofacial physiotherapists•	Evaluate potential of opportunities that present in new regions across Europe •	Identify specific key opinion leaders (KOLs) across targeted regions of expansion, develop and maintain relationships with key customers and opinion leaders.•	Manage overall sales process and development and develop pricing policies, including volume discounts and terms and conditions, for high-profile customers.•	Study program Cerezen: identify, develop and execute scientific program with universities and research centers. •	Keep the business up to date on new developments regarding competitor companies and or products. •	Management of required reimbursement projects and studies for Cerezen•	Support and drive open communication with plant team on Cerezen European infrastructure and requirements (e.g. marketing needs).
