Vineet Thanedar is a seasoned engineering and product leader, who has worked on new product development and built engineering teams at multiple companies, including Oncue, TechCrunch, CRunchbase, Udacity, and TRX. He holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology.

At Crunchbase, where he worked between 2010 and 2015, he led engineering efforts as Director of Engineering and Engineering Lead. Vineet also served as Co-founder, Head of Product & Engineering at Oncue, where he built a powerful platform that helps movers to grow and run their business. Before that, he founded ekCoffee, a dating app and offline socials community for urban professionals in India.

Vineet is currently the Founder of Version One Labs and a former Fellow at On Deck. He has also worked as a Technical Advisor at Slingwave, Freelance Software Engineer at Udacity, Consulting Software Engineer at TRX Training, Co-Founder at iJiny, and Engineer at Qualcomm.
