Kay Han is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in real estate, finance, and hospitality. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate and Finance from The Wharton School. With experience in several organizations, she has honed her skills in acquisitions, asset management, revenue management, and enterprise strategy.

At Brookfield Property Partners and Brookfield Property Group, Kay served as an Associate in asset management and acquisitions, helping to drive the growth and profitability of the organization. At Hersha Hospitality Trust, she worked as a Summer Associate in acquisitions, and whilst working for Marriott International, Kay provided leadership as Director and Manager of Revenue Management.

Kay's expertise in revenue management has also been put into practice in Wynn Las Vegas, where she was a Senior Analyst in Enterprise Strategy. Throughout her professional career, she has gained vast experience and knowledge, making her a valuable asset to any organization.
