With a Master's degree in Education and a Bachelor's in Health System Management, Nicole has honed key skills in professionalism, diligence, and work ethics through roles such as Associate Director of Human Resources at Morgan State University and previous positions at The Johns Hopkins University.

As the former Founder/Director of Uke Dynasty Charm School for Girls, Nicole showcases her passion for creating inclusive environments and facing challenges with bravery, tact, and persistence.
