Michael Harden is a highly experienced financial professional with a background in accounting, financing, and investment banking. He is a certified public accountant (CPA), a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and holds several licenses from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). With a solid educational foundation in business economics and economics from UC Santa Barbara, Michael has worked in a variety of roles throughout his career. He started his journey with Coopers & Lybrand as a CPA and later joined Arthur Andersen's business valuation team. Later with Credit Suisse First Boston, he worked on mergers & acquisitions (M&A) deals. Michael's experience caught the eye of BCC Capital Partners, where he became Managing Director of the firm. He then joined Eureka Capital Partners, LLC, and now works at AmbroseAdvisors as a Senior Managing Director. Michael's expertise spans M&A, debt and equity capital raises, ESOP buyouts, business valuations, and fairness opinions.
