Glen Fisher
Glen Fisher is a skilled and experienced team leader with a background in capacity building, change management, and organizational development. With a focus on pro-poor employment promotion, Fisher is the team leader for the EU-funded Capacity Building Programme for Employment Promotion (CBPEP) within the Government Technical Advisory Centre (GTAC) in the National Treasury of South Africa. He has a particular interest in the development of learning organizations and utilizes design thinking for policy and program development. Fisher is a successful project manager and team leader with experience in managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects. He has a wealth of knowledge in building national and international partnerships for education and training and business.
