Josephine Wiles-Warner is a passionate and detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in project management, sustainable development, and sales. She holds a double master's degree in MBA, Project Management, and Information System Management from Keller Graduate School of Business, DeVry University, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Management, Leadership, and organizational strategies from Walden University. Josephine is an exceptional critical thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills and has conducted extensive research on policies and standards for socially sustainable development, capacity building, energy, agriculture, and housing in Sub-Saharan African countries.

With ten-plus years of progressive experience developing sustainable social projects for renewable energy in Sub-Saharan Africa, Josephine is an expert in qualitative and quantitative research, management, leadership and organizational strategies, alternative energy efficiency, sustainable tourism, project management, and risk management plan. She also has vast experience in sales development, customer success management, data analytics, and social media management.

Josephine is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at yOtimize and has previously served as the CEO at Sustainable Business Solutions Partners, LLC and Biomass Renewal Energy of the World (BREW), among other notable roles in various organizations. Besides academics and work, Josephine loves cooking, reading, attending sustainable symposiums, and traveling to new places.
