Kirsty Foster is a highly experienced and multifaceted professional. She is an Action Learning Coach and a graduate of the University of Kent, Cardiff University, and the University of South Wales. Kirsty has worked as a facilitator, leader, and photographer across six continents, from megacities to remote communities. She has a deep interest in the creative potential of human beings to address complex challenges of our time, and a passion for supporting initiatives that collaboratively forge new ways forward.

Kirsty has worked with various organizations, including Emerging World, The Art of Living Magazine, World Challenge, and Fairbridge. Her roles have included Programme Delivery Director and Coach, Expedition Leader, Assignment Manager, Deputy Team Leader, and Youth Development Worker - Outdoor Activities.

Kirsty's professional experience and expertise are varied and include action learning coaching, documentary photography, community mediation, youth development, expedition leadership, and coaching and mentoring. She is interested in permaculture design and has completed a permaculture design course at Cardiff University. Kirsty is a highly skilled and insightful professional, bringing a wealth of knowledge, experience, and passion to all her endeavours.
