Nikita Lashkov is a seasoned commercial and IT lawyer, with extensive experience in various settings, including law firms and multinational corporations. Nikita has honed his expertise advising on multi-jurisdictional PE and IT transactions, data protection, and corporate governance matters. He has undergone a robust legal education, including a Master of Laws degree in Intellectual Property and International Dispute Resolution at Trinity College Dublin, among other qualifications such as Cyberlaw from London School of Economics, Negotiations and Dealmaking from Harvard Law School, and more.

Nikita has held various leadership roles, including Vice-President and General Counsel at ABBYY, a leading software company in OCR, document capture, and language-based technologies. He has also held the position of Head of Department/Deputy Head of Legal and Senior Lawyer at ABBYY. Before that, Nikita served as Legal Counsel at Kapsch Group, Head of Legal Department at Intellectual Property Center Skolkovo, and Contracts and Claims Manager at Kapsch TrafficCom Russia. He also worked as a Senior Associate at WiseAdvice Consulting Group.
