With a BFA in Theatre Performance, an MA in Communication, and postgraduate certificates in coaching and mentoring, Carol has spent almost a decade empowering audiences globally through her insight and inspiration.

Carol's expertise in brave leadership has helped thousands of individuals and companies in their journey towards achieving their full potential, from asking for a raise to climbing Africa’s highest peak. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies, International Associations, and mentored countless female leaders in various industries, all to help them retain top talent and accelerate their organizations' growth.

Aside from her career, Carol also volunteers as a bereavement facilitator, regularly trains for triathlons, and practices her carpool karaoke game.
