Sara Dunleavy is a seasoned financial executive with two decades of experience in financial leadership within the software, networking, and communications sectors.

She specializes in driving the growth of early-stage businesses by offering comprehensive support in finance, accounting, human resources, infrastructure, and contracts.

Sara's key strengths lie in enabling CEOs of startups to focus on technology and market demand while she provides exceptional organizational support across all functional areas.

Her expertise includes forecasting, accounting system/ERP implementation, internal and external reporting, employee benefit plan establishment, process and policy creation, expense management, banking and legal relationship building, HR and employee onboarding, CRM implementation and maintenance, corporate contract negotiation and management, as well as due diligence during financial transactions, mergers, and acquisitions.
