Douglas Rieck is a veteran product development leader with extensive experience in designing and shipping consumer and professional products, including mobile electronics, medical devices, biometrics, AR hardware, creative technology, and more. He has a strong background in building engineering, operational and creative/marketing teams from the ground up. Douglas holds a Master of Science degree in Product Development Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Southern California. He also studied Licensed Private Pilot at A & M Aviation.

Douglas has held various positions throughout his career. He is currently the Chief Product Development Officer at Lightform, a company that creates hardware and software that blend projection mapping technology with computer vision. Prior to that, he was the founder of Eukarya Outdoors, a company that designs and sells outdoor equipment. He also served as Vice President, Hardware, and Director of Mechanical Engineering at Lightform, Mechanical Engineering Lead (Manager) at DAQRI, and Mechanical Design Engineer at Medtronic. Additionally, he has worked as Corporate Operations at Wolters Kluwer - CT Corporation, and as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Southern California.
