Milind Saxena is an accomplished business leader with over a decade of experience in corporate venturing, incubation, and strategic sales. He has a rich background in technology services and has demonstrated success in unstructured, growth, and discovery environments. Currently, Saxena is driving the creation and growth of new business models for HCL Corporate Venture Accelerator. He is an expert in building innovation and growth strategies through ecosystems, acquisitions, organic build strategies, and corporate venturing. His competencies and skills include corporate venturing, consultative selling, strategic sales, market development, contract negotiations, financial modeling, and deal structuring. His domains of expertise include digital, cloud, IoT, managed services, and product ecosystems.

Saxena has studied Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology (I.T) at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). Before joining HCL Technologies, he worked as a Senior Management Trainee at HCL Technologies. Saxena held several positions within HCL, including Deputy Product Manager, Product Manager, Senior Product Manager - ITSM, BSM and Cloud Services Sales, Group Manager, and Sales Director. In his most recent role, Saxena was responsible for new business development in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) at HCL Technologies based in Germany. He has a demonstrated track record of success in sales, management, product development, and corporate venturing.
